Chili Cook Off and Talent Show

Sunday
February 26th
5:00 PM
Our annual Chili Cook-Off & Talent Show is always a wonderful evening of delicious food and fun fellowship.  We need people to make chili, people to bring food items to go with the chili, people to share a talent, and people to watch the performers.  This is an event for EVERYONE at Parkview!
Sign-up sheets are on the bulletin board in the lobby
for chili, other food items, and talent.

Christmas Program

We are doing a combined Youth/Adult CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
this year.  The program will be held Sunday, December 11 during
our worship service. There are opportunities for both speaking and silent roles as well as singing of some familiar Christmas carols.   We will be starting practice for the youth that are interested in participating on Sunday, November 6.  Practice will be held during Sunday School.  Practices for any interested adults will start later in November.  There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board for any adults interested in participating.

Parkview TRUNK-OR-TREAT

Children ages 12 and under are invited to come in their Halloween costumes and visit our TRUNKS to get TREATS!
We will have games for the kids to play at some of the trunks.
There will be allergy friendly and special needs friendly
trunks.  Look for the teal pumpkin signs.
This is a rain or shine event.  If the weather is rainy and/or cold, we will move the treat stations inside the church.

Tomato Festival

unnamed

Mark your calendars for Friday, August 19thand Saturday, August 20th.  Parkview will again be sponsoring a table at the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival.  Our focus will be on outreach, letting the community know about our church and the programs we offer and participate in.  In order to make this happen, we will need assistance from the congregation. This ranges from set up and tear down, manning the table in 2 hour shifts, and donating items for 2 raffles we will hold. In mid-July, you will find signup sheets for volunteer opportunities on the table in the lobby, or contact one of the members of the Mission and Outreach Committee.

All assistance is welcome. Let us, as a community of faith and with God’s guidance, be God’s hands, feet, and voice in a changing world.
